What type of conversations do you have with yourself when the sun isn't shining on the inside?

Manifestation seems daunting in the midst of cloudy days.

Imagine being a captain on board your own ship, sailing across miles of ocean water, with the people you love most being your crew mates. Suddenly, the sail master informed you that in approximately two hours the ship will be engaged by a vicious storm. The most important choices of your life bombards you simultaneously. Uncertainty, anxiety, and fear takes over your body. Your legs feel anchored to the deck. Your body temperature takes a dive, and your knees buckle non-stop. The margin for error is wide, and the tolerance for a mistake is extremely low. You know that the next row of thoughts you have to yourself will decide the fate of your ship and crew mates. Desperate times like this is when that inner voice has to be the strongest.

Despite the storm that is rapidly approaching, there is now a new storm at bay... the storm in your mind.

With your internal storm, only internalized strength can save you. Your internal thoughts are food to your inner world. You can either feed your best self, or your worst self, never both at the same time. You either elevate or drown in thee abyss. Your thoughts will translate into actions. If you want to reel in better actions/results, then you must cast better thoughts for yourself. This is not a theory, this is a science. The most important conversations are the ones we have within. Whether it is good or bad relies solely on who you feed the most, your best self or your worst self. “I'm not smart enough” “I'm not the right person” “I don't know what to do” “I'm going to let them down” “It probably won’t work out” Guess who you are feeding when you say those things. “I can make this work” “I'm fine” “At least I will learn” “I trust the people around me” “I'm almost there” Now guess who you are feeding. Many of us fall into a whirlpool of negative self communication without realizing it. Cater to your mind thoughts that nourishes. Recite powerful statements to yourself before you go to sleep and immediately after you wake up. Diligently working on the type of thoughts I had changed my life emphatically.

Your inner voice determines your reality, so limit the amount of negative conversations you have within.

You have all the tools captain, being that the only necessary tool is your inner voice.

Be mindful of what you say, not only to others but to yourself.
