THEE LAST STRAW

I can’t just sit here and pray for an enemy that hates me. I can’t just sit here and continue to be prey for an enemy that hates me... I can’t just sit here and watch you degrade me, degrade us... I can’t just sit here and act like these problems don’t exist. When Black families are killed in a world that we will never belong in... A justice system we will never belong in, A school system we will never belong in, A nation we were never meant to belong in, I can’t just sit here and hope that one day you’ll respect us and what we stand for... I refuse to live in a world that doesn’t hear our voice.
